Our process starts by first establishing a strong rapport with our clients, understanding that it is important to have free and open communication at the beginning of a project so that a complete vision can be realized. Before pen ever meets paper, we undergo a thorough site analysis. This we feel is a crucial initial step in the design process so that the site can influence critical building features. Our analysis covers topics such as physical site conditions, prevailing winds, street grids, circulation, views, sun orientation, noise, and neighborhood character. We then begin developing a series of design and master planning concepts that include all of the clients programing needs. We keep our clients involved in every step of the process. We also make sure the process keeps moving forward in a timely manner.
